The problem

A mobile printer doesn't fail quietly. It fails on a Friday.

A mobile printer failure in a pick-and-pack operation isn't a minor inconvenience. It's a pick-rate collapse, a missed dispatch window and a customer service problem. Most enterprises are one bad print head away from that scenario, and they're relying on a vendor who sold them a box and moved on.

GS1 Sunrise 2027 fleet audit.

GS1 Sunrise 2027

Every retail label needs a 2D barcode by end-2027. Most installed fleets can't print one.

GS1 Sunrise 2027 means every retail label will need to carry a 2D barcode. DataMatrix or QR with GS1 Digital Link, readable at POS by end-2027. Many installed printer fleets are not 600 dpi-capable at the print quality 2D requires. We'll audit your fleet and tell you exactly what needs replacing.

Who we work with

Operations that can't afford the printer to be the failure point.

If your operation is on this list, the conversation usually starts the same way: a fleet that was deployed years ago, by someone who isn't around anymore.

3PLs & third-party logistics.

Multi-client warehouses. Variable label formats by client. WMS-driven.

E-commerce fulfilment.

High-volume, low-AOV. Every cent of shipping label cost matters.

Retail DCs.

Replenishment, store-receipt and shipping carton labelling. Peak-season critical.

Cold chain.

Chilled and frozen distribution. -20 °C-validated hardware and media.

Manufacturing pick-and-pack.

Component, sub-assembly and finished-goods labelling at line speed.
