Printers

As the Distributor for Microplex and Printronix printers in Australia, we are the Australian "Authorised Repair Agent" for all Microplex and Printronix printers. We can also provide service for IBM (InfoPrint Solutions), HP, Digital & Compaq badged* impact printer products.

Services for existing Printronix printer hardware (line printers and thermal barcode printers) and Microplex continuous printers (laser), include break-fix, help desk support and service maintenance agreements (on-site service including all parts and labour, Australia-wide). For our existing customers, telephone help desk support is supplied free of charge for the life of the printer.

* Printronix OEM's their Line Matrix and Thermal printers to several "Big Name" IT companies, who in turn on-sell the Printronix printers in their own name. The printers are functionally identical to the Printronix original product.
